Founded in 2018, Buhl Enterprises began with a few duplexes in Sarasota. Today, our rental portfolio spans Sarasota, Bradenton and Arcadia.
Our goal is simple: to offer comfortable, affordable housing and responsive service to individuals and families. We welcome renters who use housing assistance, including Housing Choice Vouchers, as well as those who pay rent independently.
Our experienced team, led by property manager Teresa Pauley, works with local maintenance professionals to care for our homes and support our residents. Our property management software makes it easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online. A help desk is also available for maintenance and emergency calls.
We work with local housing authorities and various charitable organizations to help individuals and families find affordable housing. We also maintain relationships with local law enforcement and the communities we serve.
